What you share
Apply Sharp works with the text you paste or upload: your CV, the job description, and any additional skills and experience you choose to add.
Remove unnecessary sensitive data
Please remove anything the tool does not need — for example your home address, National Insurance number, date of birth, health information, or referee contact details. Only include the professional experience needed to tailor your application.
How your text is processed
The text you supply is sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate your optimised CV, cover letter, match analysis and interview preparation points. Processing happens when you press the optimise button and when a PDF needs to be read by AI.
Your results
Results are shown in your browser for the current session. There are no accounts and no saved application history, so if you close or reset the page you will need to run the optimisation again. Please download or copy anything you want to keep.
Review before you use anything
AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for checking every name, date, employer, qualification and claim before sending your application to an employer.
